Low-iron glass
Low-iron glass is float glass with reduced iron oxide content, which eliminates the greenish tint found in standard clear glass. It is chosen where true colour neutrality and maximum light transmission matter.
Character and behaviour
Viewed edge-on, low-iron glass appears nearly colourless rather than green. It transmits around 91% of visible light compared to roughly 83% for standard float glass. In showers and frameless partitions, this difference is visible, particularly in thicker panels.

Care and maintenance
Wipe with a squeegee or soft cloth after each shower use to prevent mineral deposit build-up. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which can scratch the surface.
